The “Snake” is so called to reflect its Cobra rear
end styling, which has been sympathetically incorporated onto the more
traditional roadster sports car theme. The result is a pleasing to the eye, easy
to build, 2 seater sports car, which has the added benefit of a lockable boot.
The major benefits
of the SNAKE over the more traditional LSIS car are :-

The one piece, gel coat, body tub allows simple fitting and alignment in less than an hour.

A lockable boot is a real asset, when of good size as on the Snake, it is invaluable allowing possessions to be stowed securely.

The Bonnet has an inbuilt top air scoop for additional cooling and good air induction.

The flowing body curves and one-piece shell increased the rigidity further if bonded to the chassis.

The shaped scuttle top gives excellent wind protection allowing use without the need for any screen.
